E.g. introduce GiveWell (in case people are forwarding this page to friends who have never heard of GiveWell and might not click through to other pages), add a table of contents with timestamps, write a teaser that convinces me why it's worth 45 mins of my time to watch this. I'm halfway through it right now... good stuff so far. Hey guys,
